Braves Announce BravesVision Television Network to Carry Regional MLB Broadcasts

The Atlanta Braves are building their own TV solution for this season. It’s called BravesVision, and you’ll be able to watch the channel with various cable, satellite, and live TV streaming services. The team will handle all production and distribution of the broadcasts.

If we had to guess, we would expect BravesVision to be available on DIRECTV and Fubo at the very least.

There will be a standalone streaming option as well. BravesVision telecasts will be available on Braves.TV, a new streaming platform from Major League Baseball. With a subscription, all regular season non-national exclusive Braves games will be available to fans everywhere within the Braves television market with no blackouts. Subscription information will be announced soon.

Price TBD

While the price hasn’t been set, most MLB teams cost $99.99/season with the option to watch your team’s local and away games for a combined $199.99/season.

If you live outside the Braves broadcast area, MLB.TV is your solution to watch the games.

$29.99/mo.

Nationally televised games may air on FOX/FS1, ESPN, TBS, NBC/Peacock and Apple TV.

What Happened to FanDuel Sports?

FanDuel’s parent company, Main Street Sports, has been missing several payments to the teams they carried. In response, all 9 MLB teams that broadcast on FanDuel abandoned the platform and partnered with MLB to handle the streaming side of things.

Watching the Braves for Free

Fans in the Southeast will also have the option to watch some Braves games for free over-the-air. The broadcasts will be available in specific markets in 6 states:
