Angels Plan Their Own RSN That May Also Carry Kings NHL Games
MLB teams continue to plan for a post-FanDuel future. According to Sports Business Journal, the LA Angels bought out Main Street Sports Groupโs 50% share of FanDuel Sports Network West. SBJ reports the team is likely to launch their own regional sports network that would also carry Kings NHL games.
It’s expected that this channel would be carried by the same live TV providers that carried FanDuel Sports Network West. In the case of multi-channel streamers, that would be DIRECTV and Fubo.
For the 2026 season, the Angels will stream their games on Angels.TV. That costs $19.99/month or $99.99 for the season.

To access Angels.TV, you must live within the team’s broadcast area. If you’re not sure if that includes you, you can use the team’s zip code tool.

The collapse of FanDuel Sports Network means all those teams are scrambling to line up new broadcast plans. Like the Angels, the Braves chose to launch their own TV Network, while most teams have simply partnered with MLB to carry their games.
Another big change: MLB.TV is now available exclusively through ESPN’s app. Users will get one month of ESPN Unlimited free, but they’ll need to cancel before that month is up or they’ll be charged.
A new streamer, MLB+, offers standalone access to MLB Network.
Netflix will host some Opening Day games, the Home Run Derby, and the Field of Dreams game.
NBC takes Sunday Night Baseball broadcasts away from ESPN. Some games will appear on Peacock and the newly revived NBC Sports Network when thereโs a scheduling conflict with other sports on NBC.
Peacock is also home to the Sunday Leadoff game โ a slate of 18 games that begin around noon.
Peacock also gets a โgame of the day,โ which will be available to fans outside the markets of the clubs competing.
ESPN will have a national midweek game package throughout the season.
FOX/FS1 will continue to host the All-Star Game and regular season games, as well as the World Series, League Championship Series and Division Series.
TBS still has LCS and Division Series telecasts, plus regular season games on Tuesday nights. Those games will be available on ad-free HBO Max.
Apple TV will continue to stream โFriday Night Baseballโ doubleheaders throughout the regular season.
