Walmart+ Leak: Subscribers Can Choose Free Paramount+ or Peacock
Walmart+ subscribers are going to get a new perk. While the service has offered free ad-supported Paramount+ for the last 3 years, users will soon be able to choose ad-supported Peacock instead. While this option isn’t available yet, it’s coming soon.
A Reddit user discovered the option in their Walmart+ app, but other Walmart+ users were unable to see the same screen, so it’s possible this benefit leaked early. The image suggests users can switch between Paramount+ and Peacock every 90 days.
Walmart+ costs $98/year or $12.95/month. The ad-supported Paramount+ is $7.99. There are two ad-supported Peacock plans – Peacock Select with a limited library is $7.99 while Peacock Premium is $10.99. It’s unclear which ad-supported plan will be included in the Walmart+ plan.
You can try Walmart+ free for 30 days.

If you want to get really creative, you can join AARP for $15. (No, you don’t need to be old or retired.)
AARP gives you $40 off a year of Walmart+. That makes the combined monthly cost for AARP, Walmart+, and Peacock/Paramount just $6.08, which is far cheaper than either Paramount+ or Peacock, which you’d get for free.
AARP also gives you cheap UPS shipping, discounts to Lenscrafters, Visionworks, and Target Optical, up to 35% off car rentals, and deals on airfare, hotels, and vacation packages. There are also discounts to Universal and Disney theme parks. You’d also get free movies with the AARP Streams app.
