What is BBC Maestro?

BBC Maestro is a streaming service that pulls together some of the greatest living legends to teach you how to follow in their footsteps and eventually forge your own path.

When you sign up, you’ll learn from masters of writing, business, music, wellness, food and drink, art and design, home and lifestyle, and film, TV, and theater. There are 47 courses with more than 1,000 lessons, adding up to more than 200 hours of video.

It can introduce you to a new hobby or refine skills to help you build a passion project. It can even help you launch a new career.

How Much Does BBC Maestro Cost?

I chose the annual plan for access to every course. It’s normally $120, but now it’s just $72, which works out to $6/month.

You can get 1-year access to a single course for $53.40 (normally $89), but I don’t know why you’d do that.

BBC Maestro is so sure you’ll enjoy the videos, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re not happy.

Is BBC Maestro Worth It?

If you love to learn new things, BBC Maestro is absolutely worth it. Even if you never become a bestselling author, you can learn how to bake a great loaf of bread or whip up an awesome meal. The singing course can help you dominate your next karaoke night. And if you take the sleep course, you’ll notice everything in your life works better.

If you’re artistic, BBC Maestro is even more valuable. I even found myself inspired by some of the instructors who’ve mastered disciplines I have no talent in.

Because the annual membership is the one that makes the most financial sense, you can pace yourself. You may watch some courses once, while the videos on food or business benefit from repeat viewing. It’s just an all-around great platform and I definitely got my money’s worth over the year I was subscribed.

Even better, you can give BBC Maestro as a gift for someone in your life who could use a little push.
