If you live in the New York area, you can now add The Gotham Sports App through Prime Video. The price you pay and the teams available depend on your choice and where you live.

Users can choose between YES, MSG+, or the combination: Gotham Sports App.

The service carries more than 500 live games per year.

What Do The Gotham Sports App Plans Cost?

Depending on your choice and availability, the monthly plans cost between $19.99-$34.99. But if you can swing it, you should really grab an annual plan. That saves a huge amount of money. The Wild World of 2026 Baseball

While YES, MSG, and the Gotham Sports App have been mainstays for New York sports fans, the picture outside the Empire State is an outright shambles.

The collapse of FanDuel Sports Network means all those teams are scrambling to line up new broadcast plans. The Braves chose to launch their own TV network and the Angels are following suit. Most teams have simply partnered with MLB to carry their games.

Another big change: MLB.TV is now available exclusively through ESPN’s app. Users will get one month of ESPN Unlimited free, but they’ll need to cancel before that month is up or they’ll be charged.

A new streamer, MLB+, offers standalone access to MLB Network. But you can still get it through Prime Video if you prefer.

Netflix will host some Opening Day games, the Home Run Derby, and the Field of Dreams game.

NBC takes Sunday Night Baseball broadcasts away from ESPN. Some games will appear on Peacock and the newly revived NBC Sports Network when thereโ€™s a scheduling conflict with other sports on NBC.

Peacock is also home to the Sunday Leadoff game โ€“ a slate of 18 games that begin around noon.

Peacock also gets a โ€œgame of the day,โ€ which will be available to fans outside the markets of the clubs competing.

ESPN will have a national midweek game package throughout the season.

FOX/FS1 will continue to host the All-Star Game and regular season games, as well as the World Series, League Championship Series and Division Series.

TBS still has LCS and Division Series telecasts, plus regular season games on Tuesday nights. Those games will be available on ad-free HBO Max.

Apple TV will continue to stream โ€œFriday Night Baseballโ€ doubleheaders throughout the regular season.
