New MLB+ Streaming Option Provides Cheap Access to MLB Network, Perfect for YouTube TV Subscribers
It’s the moment YouTube TV fans have been waiting for. You can finally buy standalone access to MLB Network at a reasonable price. The newly-announced MLB+ offers MLB Network access for $5.99/month or $59.99/year.

$5.99/mo.
Previously, the league only offered MLB Network with the full MLB.TV package or as part of a live TV bundle. DIRECTV, Sling TV, Hulu + Live TV, and Fubo offered the channel, but not YouTube TV.
With the news of YouTube TV rolling out less expensive channel bundles this week, the most popular live TV streaming provider is set to become even more attractive. Now that you can get MLB Network without a ton of other channels, baseball fans will have more choice.

What Else Does MLB+ Include?
This is an extremely limited service, so you’re not getting much beyond MLB Network. But you will get live MiLB games andย “MLB Big Inning.”
Does MLB+ Include Live Games?
Yes. Any games airing on MLB Network will be included. It will not have games airing on other channels or providers, however.
Can You Upgrade MLB+?
The next level up from MLB+ would be the full MLB.TV package that includes all out-of-market games. Starting this season, that includes one month free of ESPN Unlimited, but you will need to cancel to avoid being charged after your month is up.
