Sling Makes Short-Term Passes More Flexible
Sling TV shook up the streaming world when they announced their short-term passes earlier this year. Now, the passes are even more flexible.
While the 1-Day and 7-Day passes remain the same, the Weekend Pass is now a 3-Day Pass ($9.99). This allows you to start and end that 3-day period whenever you want. The previous setup locked you to the weekend itself.

Add Extras to the Passes
Sling will now allow you to add extra channels to a short-term pass. Extra Packs are available for $1 each with the 1 Day Pass, $2 with a 3 Day Pass, and $3 with the 7 Day Pass.
Add Short-Term Passes Even If You Have Sling Blue or Sling Select
This makes the passes an even better deal. Sling’s Blue package (with CNN, Fox News Channel, MeTV, HGTV, TBS, TNT, and more) and Sling Select are only available with monthly subscriptions. But with the short-term passes, you can simply turn on a short-term Orange add-on whenever there’s something you want to watch on a channel that’s normally not included in your package.
These options continue to reinforce Sling’s reputation as the most flexible and most budget-friendly live TV service in the game.
