How to Get Your Free MLB.TV with T-Mobile

Android Users:

1. Install and open the T-Life app.
2. Sign into the app using your T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile phone number.
3. Click on the MLB.TV tile in the T-Life app, which will take you to the detail page.
4. You may need to navigate to Status tab (T-Mobile customers) or Tuesdays (Metro customers).
5. Click “SAVE,” which will take you to the redemption page.
6. Click “REDEEM,” which will take you to MLB.com’s MLB.TV registration page, specifically for this T-Mobile perk (you will not be asked to pay).
7. If you already have an MLB.com account, you will be directed to the “Returning Customers” page. Enter your username and password and click “Login”.
8. If you do not have an MLB.com account, you will be directed to the “Register” page. Enter the required fields and click “Register”
9. You will then be routed to the confirmation page.
10. Click “WATCH NOW” to enjoy your free MLB.TV subscription!

iOS Users:

1. You must have the 16.1 or later version of the MLB app installed first on your device to access the redemption link. If you do not have the MLB app, please visit the App Store to download the MLB app. After you have downloaded the app, return to the T-Life app to redeem your free subscription.
2. Install and open the T-Life app to sign into the app using your T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile phone number.
3. Click on the MLB.TV tile in the T Life app, which will take you to the detail page.
4. You may need to navigate to Status tab (T-Mobile customers) or Tuesdays (Metro customers).
5. Click “SAVE,” which will take you to the MLB.TV redemption page.
6. Click “REDEEM”
7. If you have not yet downloaded the compatible MLB app, you will be prompted to download the app (the app download will be free). Tap “Download on the App Store” to download or update to the latest version of the MLB app.
8. If you have downloaded the compatible app, you will be taken to the MLB app.
9. Click “REDEEM NOW” which will prompt a free Apple Pay purchase to redeem the free MLB.TV subscription.
10. If you do not have a credit card in your Apple Account, you will be required to add one, but the credit card will not be charged.
11. Confirm free Apple Pay for MLB.TV for T-Mobile app.
12. If you already have an MLB.com account, you will be directed to the “Returning Customers” page. Enter your username and password and click “Login”.
13. If you do not have an MLB.com account, you will be directed to the “Register” page. Enter the required fields and click “Register”
14. You will then be routed to the confirmation page.

What Is MLB.TV?

MLB.TV is the league’s streaming solution to view out-of-market games for every team. You can also watch every in-market regular season game on demand. You’ll also have access to baseball documentaries, classic programming, and World Series films, along with news, highlights, and archived games.

This year, the MLB app also allows streaming for in-market games for the Guardians, Diamondbacks, Padres, Rockies, Twins, Phillies, Giants, Athletics, Mets, and Dodgers, but those team-specific options are not included in the T-Mobile deal.
