YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV Drop Monumental Sports – How to Keep Watching
The negotiations have failed. YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV dropped Monumental Sports Network.
A statement on KeepMonumentalSports.com reads: “We offered โ and will continue to offer โ both YouTube TV and Hulu numerous fair deals filled with economic concessions to keep our programming accessible, but despite public statements made, neither platform meaningfully engaged nor responded to our proposals. These platforms simply do not value you or the role regional sports play in your communities.”
How to Keep Watching Monumental Sports
There are now just two remaining ways to stream the channel: DIRECTV and Monumental+.
Starting today, Monumental is available on DIRECTV’s MyHome Team add-on. That’s a $19.99 cost on top of the MySports genre pack ($69.99).
DIRECTV also offers Monumental with its traditional TV lineups starting with the Choice package. New subscribers can get $25 off their first month and $10 off their first 24 months. That brings the first month’s cost to $68.98.
$68.98/mo.+
DIRECTV offers more regional sports networks than any other provider. Only Fubo comes close. Unfortunately, Fubo does not offer Monumental.
The direct streaming option, Monumental+, is $19.99/month. While it’s normally $199.99/year, the service is taking $20 off in the wake of the YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV breakup.
Subscribers to Monumental+ can watch the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, Washington Mystics, Capital City Go-Go, and Wizards District Gaming.

$19.99/mo.
